WISTA USA's membership application form appears below. You must complete each section of the form; incomplete applications will not be accepted. Once you have filled in the requested information, click the "Submit Application Form" button at the bottom of the page. You should then receive an automatically generated e-mail asking you to confirm your application by clicking on a link. If you do not receive that message, please contact our Membership Secretary, Parker Harrison, at parker.harrison@american-club.com for assistance.
In addition to the online application, WISTA USA requires a recommendation from another WISTA member in good standing. The recommendation should explain how the recommender knows the applicant and for how long and should briefly describe the applicant's experience in the marine industry. The applicant may submit a CV in addition to (but not in lieu of) the recommendation, although a CV is not required. Recommendations (and CVs, where applicable), should be sent directly to parker.harrison@american-club.com within two weeks of the online application being submitted.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a welcome message from the Membership Secretary, along with an invoice for your annual dues. Your application is not complete until your dues are received, which must be within 60 days of issuance of the invoice. Our dues for 2010 are $100, and dues are payable by check only.
